I feel the blade could be set a fraction lower as i have to lift the bread to finish the slice. I've tried it on really crunchy and real soft breads and a perfect slice every time. Thanks Bowmaster
I have only been able to make a round sourdough loaf so far - this knife enables me to slice it without cutting in half first as shown in photo. I wonder if I don’t have the angle quite right as I’ve had to complete the cut to the board using my normal bread knife. Perhaps the blade not low enough below the wood - not sure not 100 for use but all other things great - quality, appearance, packaging and service.
