Having arthritis in my hands I struggled to cut a slice of ciabatta for toast in the morning. Since purchasing the Bowmaster knife my like has changed! I love my new knife. We moved across the plant and my old knife never made it into the container. I am left handed which makes many kitchen tasks a bit of a challenge. I have been looking for a left handed bread knife for 15 years. As soon as I saw the add I messaged about a lefty’s knife. I received a response very quickly. I ordered my knife soon after.
