Having arthritis in my hands I struggled to cut a slice of ciabatta for toast in the morning. Since purchasing the Bowmaster knife my like has changed! No more struggling in the morning with torn bread and crumbs all over the bench. The Bowmaster effortlessly cuts my bread with very little crumbing. I have never been so excited about a knife! 10/10!!
I love my new knife. We moved across the plant and my old knife never made it into the container. I am left handed which makes many kitchen tasks a bit of a challenge. I have been looking for a left handed bread knife for 15 years. As soon as I saw the add I messaged about a lefty’s knife. I received a response very quickly. I ordered my knife soon after. I was amazed how quickly they got it to me. I have used it many times since and wipe it down with appreciation. Wonderful tool.
