I’ve had one of these knives for years and love it. There is nothing that cuts through Sourdough like it. My German friend loved it so one of the three I purchased is for her… the others for Christmas gift closer to home.

The most amazing customer service, once you get used to it it’s brilliant. Going to buy more as they will make a great Xmas gift, love the tea towel, completes the set.

Having arthritis in my hands I struggled to cut a slice of ciabatta for toast in the morning. Since purchasing the Bowmaster knife my like has changed! I love my new knife. We moved across the plant and my old knife never made it into the container. I am left handed which makes many kitchen tasks a bit of a challenge.
