Having arthritis in my hands I struggled to cut a slice of ciabatta for toast in the morning. Since purchasing the Bowmaster knife my like has changed! No more struggling in the morning with torn bread and crumbs all over the bench. The Bowmaster effortlessly cuts my bread with very little crumbing. I have never been so excited about a knife! 10/10!!
